Seeds are tiny packets of life — each one containing everything required to begin a new plant. They are also remarkable little stores of nutrition, and we've brought together six nutritious seeds with fruit and seaweed in one simple daily formulation.

With 75 g of linseed in every 300 g formulation, Sensational Seeds+ brings a substantial amount of linseed — naturally providing the plant omega-3 fatty acid ALA — together with protein, fibre and a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

Every 20 g serving provides 5.7 g of protein and 4.3 g of fibre, alongside particularly useful amounts of manganese, copper, vitamin C, folate, vitamins B1 and B2, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin E and iron, with useful amounts of potassium and zinc.

Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle and nervous-system function. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and normal oxygen transport.

The ingredients are carefully selected for their nutritional qualities and purity. The organic ingredients are sourced from certified organic wholesalers, and all ingredients are selected to be free from detrimental agricultural chemicals. The seeds are freshly ground, then the formulation is slow air-dried at no more than 34°C to help preserve its natural nutritional value.
