As can be seen from the Nutrient chart the ingredients of this powder rank very highly in the provision of all the essential nutrients. 4 teaspoons a day will provide about 15g of pure protein, as well as a myriad of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, (plant chemicals, mostly un-researched by modern science but whenever they are, the health benefits are usually found to be extensive). The very fact that most of us assume that the best provider of protein is meat, clearly demonstrates that we have been blinded, if not brainwashed, by the various meat and dairy marketing boards and agencies. As is the case with calcium and the assumption that milk is the best source for this; merely a myth spread by the milk marketing boards. Independent scientific research repeatedly shows that milk, especially modern denatured milk, carries far more health risks than any of the benefits it may have provided in the past, when cows were fortunate enough to eat grass. Today they eat pellets made from grains, oils and even parts of dead animals.

Consider this apparent contradiction – those countries consuming the most dairy, Finland 1st, (UK 6th) have the highest rates of osteoporosis, dental cavities and brittle bones. Those countries where lots of greens are eaten with little or no dairy (not getting even close to RDA guidelines for calcium) have the strongest teeth and bones. A contradiction clearly explained in the book ‘Evolution to Devolution’. If you’d rather not know the facts and would simply just have a daily boost of Culinary Caveman powders, you will be equally enriching your life, with more time to spend living and less spent reading.
A very quick answer to that contradiction is that nettles are the best source for calcium (of all food sources worldwide) and more crucially they are one of the best sources for magnesium also. Without a balanced intake of magnesium, calcium cannot be biologically utilized. Modern dairy has very little, if any magnesium in it.

A few generations ago it would have been common place to be eating the roots and leaves of nettles, dandelion, chickweed and comfrey. A few generations ago the occurrence of cancer, heart disease and dementia were insignificant, now they are the norm. A few generations ago the world population was a quarter of what it is today, with the vast majority living in the countryside. In a few generations time, there could very realistically be no more generations.
Sad but true and it is about time we fully awoke to the dangers ahead. However, before even considering to heal the outside world we need to heal the world inside.
Collectively, the ingredients of this green powder represent Gaia in full force, working her wonderful powers to re-awaken the caveperson within you, as well as much more.

The gastronomic versatility of the Culinary Caveman powders is only limited by your imagination and culinary skills. However, to best enjoy and to guarantee the most nutritious content, the powders are all best eaten raw. From mixing a couple of teaspoons with half a glass of water or juice, to sprinkling on breakfast cereal, salads or added to smoothies.
The unique minty taste of the Green Gaia Goodness is easiest and best consumed with a teaspoon mixed with a third of a glass of organic apple or pear juice (personal choice prevails, it could be any juice or water), twice a day, not after 7pm.
Mix powder with only a few drops of liquid to begin with, as one would when making a hot chocolate or a roué. When mixed to a thick paste, slowly add the rest of the juice or water, stirring continually. Drink. Live Long and Strong.

This is by far the tastiest green powder I’ve used out of about 5 other brands. It’s even delicious on its own in spring water. I can taste the love that has gone into this product. What also entices me is that some of the ingredients are grown organically and locally by the producer. A fantastic health boosting green powder. Highly recommended and regularly consumed.
