DAY & NIGHT

The aim of this powder is to maximise mental and physical agility as well as providing the energy to keep you going all day. The ingredients offer the double whammy of significantly boosting hormone levels which helps the body to switch off at night, promoting a fulfilling, contented sleep. Hence the name – Day and Night.
A delicious chocolate and fruit drink, with the added goodness you should expect from The Culinary Caveman, providing ample preventative capabilities. The Aztecs with their reverence of cocoa would have enjoyed this mixture, as would have the ancient Egyptians, Mesopotamians, Greeks and Romans, who all considered figs to be sacrosanct.
Banana, Cocoa and Fig have superlative qualities individually, together they are unrivalled. The same is true of Maca, Suma and Ginseng, where individually their powers are considerable, when combined and balanced they are unmatchable. This powder provides excellent energy, stamina and muscular oxygenation, hormone production, as well as helping to lower blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels, whilst giving vitality, bone richness and encouraging tissue growth. It also acts as an anti-depressant, promoting sleep, boosting the immune system and feeding the beneficial bacteria of the digestive system. This powder, as with all the others, is best simply mixed with a little liquid and drunk. As with the Green Gaia Goodness, mix a few drops of liquid with two teaspoons of the powder to form a paste, then continue to stir adding more liquid until the desired consistency is reached. We find this Night and Day powder best mixed with a dairy alternative, such as coconut, hemp, oat, soya or hazelnut milk. Personal preference prevails. This powder is also great sprinkled on muesli and other cereals. Aim to consume at least twice a day, not to be consumed after 7pm. Enjoy and feel the difference.

I am an extremely busy teacher, painter and mother working long hours and often travelling considerable distances in connection with my work.
Over the years I have experienced periods of very disrupted sleep which have been treated with conventional insomnia drug therapies and herbal remedies none of which have satisfactorily dealt with either the underlying causes of my sleep disturbance or provided anything other than a very temporary relief from sleepless episodes whilst leaving me without energy and often, quite depressed.
I was open minded but slightly skeptical when starting to drink ‘Day & Night’ as I had always approached the problem as one needing a sedative solution. So I was extremely surprised to find an immediate improvement in my sleep/waking pattern – longer, better quality sleep and considerably more energy in the daytime – a pattern which is persisting, despite considerably reducing the quantity of powder taken daily. An unexpected and possibly related event has been a reduction in gastric acidity which had been causing heartburn episodes for some time and which has now considerably decreased. I would highly recommend Day & Night powder as it has considerably improved my daily life.
